Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed truck driver needed for regional and OTR routes in the western region. You will transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment. Training is offered for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Key requirements include valid CDL-A, age 21+, 4+ months driving experience (or recent grads with training), safe driving record, and ability to lift a 90-pound tarp. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO, transition/orientation pay, and various pay incentives (mileage, detour, detention, tarp, and other accessorial pay). Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset depending on division. Multiple route options available; opportunities described for Division 290, Kansas City, MO and Hammond, IN locations. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads: no experience required; we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (training during orientation)
