Job Summary
Recent CDL-A Flatbed Driver opportunity with System Transport targeting Recent CDL-A graduates for regional/OTR routes. Responsibilities include transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals using flatbed equipment. Training available for new graduates through May 31, 2026. Compensation includes weekly pay, annual pay potential, transition and orientation pay, comprehensive benefits, and various load-specific pay (tarps, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, etc.). Home time typically off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; operating within Division 290 (Kansas City, MO) with multiple route options and strong safety culture.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
