Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver needed for System Transport in the Republic, MO area. You’ll operate regional and OTR flatbed routes, transporting items such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training is available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Full benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and transition/orientation pay are offered. Expect weekly pay, potential annual earnings, and a variety of tarp-related duties (lifting up to 90 pounds). Home time includes weekends off with 34-hour resets. Primary duties include safe operation of flatbed equipment, tarp handling, and adherence to company safety and pay practices.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
