Job Summary
Recent CDL-A Flatbed Driver opportunity in the western region. CDL-A required; training provided for recent grads. Regionally focused with home time off most weekends, flatbed equipment, tarp handling, and diverse pay components (base, accessorial, orientation/transition) with full benefits. Salary range reflects full-time annual earnings and varies by experience, route, and tenure. Included are safety bonuses and per-mile pay, plus transition/orientation pay. Home time and rotation details vary by division; target Division 290 in Kansas City, MO, and Savage, MN. High emphasis on safety, equipment readiness, and compliance with DOT/Clearinghouse requirements. Hiring through May 31, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
