Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed truck driver for regional and OTR routes. Transporting important goods and materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for Recent CDL-A graduates during a limited-time period through May 31, 2026. Possession of a valid CDL-A license and adherence to standard hiring requirements required. Full pay package includes mileage and various accessorial pay, with weekly and annual earnings highlighted for full-time drivers. Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; orientation and transition pay provided. Company emphasizes safety, modern trucks, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, PTO after eligibility period). Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- A Clean Drug Test required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (training during orientation)
- Ability to pass orientation and driving safety requirements
