Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver opportunity in the western region with regional and OTR routes. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals using flatbed equipment. Training offered for Recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Must possess a valid CDL-A license, meet standard hiring requirements, and be able to lift tarps (90 pounds) onto a 5-foot platform. Competitive pay with weekly and annual compensation, plus accessorial pay (tarps, stops, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, tarp pay), orientation pay, transition pay, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, EAP). Home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset; multiple route options with Division 290 and Kansas City, MO terminal. Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads accepted with training)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform during orientation/tarping (approx. 70% of loads)
