Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity with System Transport. Regional and OTR routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Must possess a valid Class A CDL, be 21+, and meet hiring requirements including a safe driving record, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse compliance. Driver will tarp loads (up to 90 pounds) onto a 5-foot platform, and can expect transition/orientation pay, paid time off, health/dental/vision, 401(k) and other benefits. Home time varies by division with most weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Home time and routes are discussed with recruiters; rate per mile and annual pay are provided, with regional OT R opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (Recent CDL-A Grads: no experience required - we will train you)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check
- Clean Drug Test
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (training during orientation)
