Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity in the western region delivering flatbed loads (glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, specialty metals). Training offered for CDL-A grads during the promotional period. Role involves regional/OTR routes with full-pay package, tarp handling, and comprehensive benefits. Home time is weekends with a 34-hour reset; orientation and transition pay included. Suitable for newly-licensed drivers with minimum CDL-A and a clean driving/record. Includes enrollment in health/dental/vision, 401(k) and other benefits. Equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
