Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver needed for System Transport with regional/OTR routes. Recent CDL-A graduates eligible for training during limited offer through 5/31/2026. Responsibilities include transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed trailers; tarp handling and load securement; adherence to safety protocols; possible transition/orientation pay and comprehensive benefits. Competitive pay: weekly and annual ranges shown; home time with weekends off for a 34-hour reset; multiple pay supplements and potential per-mile earnings; two named terminals (Harvey, IL and Kansas City, MO) with driver-focused support and safety systems.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum age 21
- 4+ months driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads: training available)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background Check
- Clean Drug Test
- Clean Clearinghouse
- Physically able to lift 90-pound tarp onto 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
