Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver for regional (Division 290, Kansas City, MO area) and OTR routes. Recent CDL-A grads are eligible and will receive training through May 31, 2026. Driver equipment is flatbed; home time is off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Weekly pay and annual pay ranges are provided, with additional accessorial pay (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, tarp-related pay) and transition/orientation pay. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) and matching, life insurance, PTO accrual, and more. Must meet standard hiring requirements and have a valid CDL-A, be 21+, and maintain a safe driving record.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
