Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity in the western region with System Transport. Drives involve regional/OTR routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for recent CDL-A grads; must possess a valid CDL-A and meet standard hiring requirements. Full-time position with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits, including transition/orientation pay, PTO, health/dental/Vision, 401(k), and more. Pay packages include weekly and annual earnings with various accessorial pays; hometime typically includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Safety-focused operation with modern flatbed equipment and support from 24/7 driver resources.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check
- Clean Drug Test
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
