Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver sought for regional and OTR routes. Transportation of glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset. Full pay package includes mileage-based pay, accessorial pay (tarp pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, etc.), orientation and transition pay, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO after eligibility). Equipment is flatbed; driver must be able to tarp loads (90 pounds) and pass safety checks. Hiring qualifications emphasize CDL-A, age 21+, clean record, and verified background and Clearinghouse results.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months driving experience (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
- Ability to meet all standard hiring requirements
