Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity with System Transport offering regional OT R routes and recent-graduate training through May 31, 2026. Drivers transport building materials ( glass, steel, aluminum, coils, machinery, etc.) on flatbeds, with favorable home time and a comprehensive pay/benefit package including transition and orientation pay, health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and various per-load pay supplements. Training is available for recent CDL-A graduates, with no experience required for eligibility during the promotional period. The role emphasizes safety, tarp handling, and adherence to post-accident/verification procedures, with a strong support system and a focus on reliability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
