Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver opportunity for recent CDL-A graduates with training available. Regional/OTR routes in the western US; transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Full-time position with weekly and annual pay; transition/orientation pay and a comprehensive benefits package. Driver must possess a valid Class A CDL, be 21+, maintain a safe driving record, pass background and drug tests, and be able to tarp loads (90 lb tarps) as part of load securement. Home time includes time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; equipment is flatbed, path includes tarping and pay variations by experience and routes. Company emphasizes equal opportunity employment and offers training for recent graduates through May 31, 2026.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarping ~70% of loads)
