Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver role operating regional or OTR routes for System Transport. You will transport materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals using flatbed equipment. Training is available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Compensation includes weekly pay and annual pay with a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, EAP) and various pay components (tarp pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and other accessorial pay). Home time typically weekends with a 34-hour reset, and a transition/orientation pay package is offered. Other details cover pet/rider policies, safety expectations, and company background. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- A Clean Drug Test required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
