Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver opportunity with System Transport for regional and OTR routes. Responsibilities include transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals using flatbed equipment. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates during a limited-time period through May 31, 2026. Competitive pay: weekly and annual pay ranges plus additional accessorial pay (tarp, stop, detention, border crossing, safety, and tarp-related pay). Home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset; 34-hour reset varies by division. Benefits available after waiting period (health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, PTO). Transition and orientation pay provided. Requirements include valid Class A CDL, age 21+, 4+ months driving experience (or no experience for recent grads), clean driving record, background check, drug test, Clearinghouse check, and the physical ability to tarp loads. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (training during orientation)
