Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver opportunity in the western region with regional and OTR routes. Recent CDL-A graduates eligible and training available through May 31, 2026. Driver responsibilities include transporting goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals in flatbed equipment. Competitive pay with weekly and annual pay figures, plus accessorial pay (tar pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, tarping bonuses). Home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Transition package including orientation pay. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) and matching, life insurance, PTO accrual, and more. Candidates must possess a valid CDL-A, be 21+, have 4+ months of driving experience (or be a recent CDL-A grad with training provided), maintain a safe driving record, pass a background check and drug test, meet Clearinghouse requirements, and be able to tarp loads as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience
- Safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background check required
- Clean drug test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
