Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A driver role with System Transport: transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional and OTR routes. Recent CDL-A graduates eligible for training through May 31, 2026. Full-time position with competitive weekly and annual pay, transition/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities include safe operation of flatbed equipment, tarp handling (up to 90 lbs), adhering to schedules, maintaining a clean driving record, and complying with background checks and drug testing. Home time offered on weekends with a 34-hour reset; opportunities vary by division. Training and support available for drivers new to the field, with emphasis on safety and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads—training available)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Clearinghouse
- Physically able to lift 90 pounds tarp onto 5-foot high platform twice
