Job Summary
Recent CDL-A Flatbed Driver opportunity in the western region. Drive flatbed trucks on regional and OTR routes, transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Competitive pay packages with weekly and annual pay, plus accessorial and tarp pay. Transition and orientation pay, comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, EAP), PTO, and generous home time with weekends off for a 34-hour reset. Must have a valid Class A CDL, be 21+, meet standard hiring requirements, and pass background, drug, and Clearinghouse checks. Ability to tarp loads (max 90 pounds) during orientation is required. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
