Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed truck driver position focused on regional and OTR routes. Training offered for CDL-A graduates during a limited-time window. Responsibilities include transporting flatbed loads (glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, specialty metals), tarping loads, and meeting safety and pay requirements. Competitive weekly and annual pay with additional accessorial pay, benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, PTO), and transition/orientation pay. Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; multiple routes and divisions available, with emphasis on safety and compliance (background check, drug test, Clearinghouse). Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (Recent CDL-A grads, training provided)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation
