Job Summary
Flatbed CDL-A Driver needed for regional and OTR routes out of the western U.S. The role requires a valid Class A CDL for flatbed operations. The driver will transport goods such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training is available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Compensation includes weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package, with a transition/orientation pay and various tarp-related pay. Home time is most weekends with a 34-hour reset, and tarps are a recurring responsibility on load handling. Safety-focused requirements include a clean driving record, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse compliance. Ability to tarp loads up to 90 pounds onto a 5-foot platform is required and will be evaluated during orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
