Job Summary
Recent CDL-A Flatbed Driver opportunity in the western region. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional OT R routes. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Requires valid Class A CDL, 21+, safe driving record, and background/drug/Clearinghouse checks. Flatbed driving with tarp duties (lifting 90 pounds onto a 5-foot platform). Competitive pay: weekly and annual ranges, plus accessorial pay (tarp, detention, border-crossing, safety bonuses) and transition/orientation pay. Home time varies by division with weekend time off for a 34-hour reset. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with employer matching, life insurance, PTO accrual, and more. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
