Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity in the western region with System Transport. Driver will haul items such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional and OTR routes. Training is available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Full-time drivers earn annual pay of approximately $56,949.36 to $102,993.80 with comprehensive benefits and pay enhancements (e.g., tarp pay, detention pay, safety bonuses, orientation and transition pay). Must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21, have a safe driving record, and meet standard hiring requirements. Physical requirement includes lifting a 90-pound tarp onto a platform during orientation. Home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; equipment is flatbed. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice during orientation (will be tested)
