Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver needed for regional/OTR routes transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training is offered for recent CDL-A graduates through 5/31/2026. Home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. Comprehensive pay structure with weekly and annual pay, plus various tarp, detention, border-crossing, safety, and other pay. Benefits available after eligibility waiting period (health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, etc.). Transition and orientation pay included; orientation period supports driver onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
