Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver needed for regional and OTR routes in the western region. Responsibilities include transporting glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals with flatbed equipment. Training offered for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Benefits include strong pay, transition/orientation pay, comprehensive health and retirement benefits, PTO, and per-mile plus accessorial pay. Must possess a valid CDL-A license, be 21+ years old, maintain a safe driving record, and meet standard hiring requirements; must be physically able to tarp/load 90-pound tarps and pass orientation. Home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset; various pay components and route options available.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
