Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver with regional/OTR routes. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training offered for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Full-time, flatbed equipment, tarp-heavy loads; pay includes weekly, annual totals, and various pay supplements. Home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset; orientation and transition pay included. Benefits after eligibility waiting period (health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k), matching, life insurance, EAP, PTO accrual). Must pass background and drug tests and meet company safety standards. Applicants must possess valid CDL-A, be at least 21, and have a safe driving record; candidates with 4+ months experience preferred, though training is available for new grads. Physical requirement includes lifting tarps onto a 5-foot platform twice per load.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years or older
- 4+ months driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads, training available)
- Safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in last 3 years
- Background check
- Clean drug test
- Clear Clearinghouse result
- Ability to lift 90 pounds for tarp twice per load
