Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver role with System Transport offering regional and OTR opportunities. Drive flatbed hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Compensation includes weekly pay and annual pay with accessorial pay (tarps, stops, detention, border crossing, safety bonuses, tarp pay), transition/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, EAP, PTO accrual). Home time includes weekends off for a 34-hour reset; multiple route options with division-specific schedules. Requires a valid CDL-A, 21+, safe driving record, background check, drug test, and Clearinghouse clearance; ability to lift tarps as part of load securement.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience (Recent CDL-A grads — no experience required)
- Safe driving record
- Background check
- Clean Drug Test
- Clean Clearinghouse result
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarping)
