Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity for Division 290 with Kansas City, MO terminal. Regional/OTR routes hauling glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Full pay package with weekly and annual pay, transition/orientation pay, comprehensive benefits, PTO accrual, and safety/throughput incentives. Home time off most weekends for a 34-hour reset. 34-hour reset and varying home time by division; tarps required on a portion of loads. Orientation and transition pay included; equipment features include modern safety tech and 24/7 support. Applicants must possess a valid CDL-A license and meet standard hiring requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (will be tested during orientation)
