Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver needed for regional and OTR routes in the western U.S. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through 5/31/2026. Competitive pay packages with weekly pay and annual pay ranges, plus accessorial pay and a transition/orientation package. Benefits include health/dental/vision, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, PTO, and more. Must have a valid Class A CDL, be 21+, maintain a safe driving record, pass a background check and drug test, meet Clearinghouse requirements, and be physically able to tarp loads (lifting ~90 pounds) as part of orientation. Home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; located in Kansas City, MO (Division 290).
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tested during orientation)
