Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity with System Transport. Regional OT/R routes offered; home weekends for a 34-hour reset. Compensation includes weekly pay, annual pay prospects, and a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, life insurance, EAP). Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through 5/31/2026. Requires valid Class A CDL, 21+, safe driving record, and passing background/Clearinginghouse/drug tests. Physical requirement includes tarping loads. Multiple pay components include tarp, detention, stop, border crossing, safety bonuses, and transition/orientation pay. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check required
- Clean Drug Test required
- Clean Clearinghouse result required
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarping ~70% of loads)
- Ability to pass orientation pay and transition pay programs
