Job Summary
CDL-A flatbed truck driver needed in Division 290 (Kansas City, MO terminal) for regional and OTR routes. Train recent CDL-A grads through May 31, 2026. Transport glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on flatbed equipment. Full-time opportunity with weekly pay ($1,095.18–$1,980.65) and annual pay ($56,949.36–$102,993.80); transition and orientation pay included. Benefits available after eligibility waiting period (health, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, EAP, PTO). Requires valid Class A CDL, 21+, clean driving record, background check, drug test, Clearinghouse clearance, and ability to tarp loads (approximately 90 pounds) on tarps during orientation. Home time off most weekends with a 34-hour reset; multiple route options and supportive driver community.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (Recent CDL-A grads, training offered)
- A safe driving record
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check
- A Clean Drug Test
- A Clean Clearinghouse result
- Physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform during orientation
