Job Summary
Drive for System Transport as a CDL-A flatbed truck driver in a regional/OTR capacity. Transport materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals with flatbed equipment. Training is offered for recent CDL-A graduates during a limited-time window through May 31, 2026. Accepting applications from recent CDL-A graduates with a valid CDL-A license; home time is off most weekends with a 34-hour reset. Full pay package includes mileage and various pay types (tar pay, stop pay, detention pay, border crossing pay, safety bonuses, and more), plus a $1,800 transition package and orientation pay. Benefits include health, dental, vision, HSA, 401(k) with matching, life insurance, PTO accrual, and more. The role emphasizes safety, updated equipment, and driver support via a 24/7 driver portal.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice
- System Transport transition package including orientation pay
