Job Summary
Recent CDL-A Flatbed Driver opportunity based in the Division 290 Kansas City, MO area for regional OT routes. Carrier offers guaranteed pay ranges, transition/orientation pay, and comprehensive benefits. Role involves hauling flatbed loads such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals with a focus on safety and adherence to pay structures. Training available for recent CDL-A graduates through May 31, 2026. Home time is off most weekends (34-hour reset). Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Prefer 1-year truck driving experience, but not necessary
- A Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- Driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (training during orientation, tarp about 70% of loads)
