Job Summary
Recent CDL-A flatbed driver opportunity in the western region with System Transport. Roles include transporting materials such as glass, steel, aluminum, building materials, machinery, coils, and specialty metals on regional/OTR routes in flatbed equipment. Training provided for recent CDL-A graduates. Competitive pay packages with weekly and annual pay, plus accessorial pays (tarps, detention, safety bonuses, etc.), plus transition/orientation pay. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO; home time varies with division. Requires lifting tarps (90 pounds) and passing background checks and drug testing. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- 4+ months of driving experience required (for Recent CDL-A Grads, no experience required - we will train you!)
- A safe driving record on the road
- No more than 6 jobs in the last 3 years
- Background Check is required
- A Clean Drug Test is required
- A Clean Clearinghouse result is required
- For all flatbed driver opportunities, the driver must be physically able to lift a 90-pound tarp onto a 5-foot high platform twice (tarping loads)
- Must be able to drive on regional/OTR routes
- Ability to meet all standard hiring requirements
