Job Summary
Operate forklift and perform receiving, unloading, picking, packing, sorting, and shipping orders to meet productivity and quality goals. Verify quantities against purchase orders, inspect for damaged goods, deliver and retrieve items from storage, label and rotate inventory, and assemble pallets as needed. Determine shipping methods and routes, use forklifts/reach trucks/order pickers as required, and ensure safety procedures and PPE are followed. Cross-train on related duties and maintain cleanliness in the work area. Requires 2-5 years of shipping/receiving experience, proficiency with Outlook 365, ability to work 7AM shifts in a fast-paced environment, forklift/reach truck/order picker experience, and a background check plus drug screen; bilingual preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 2 - 5 years experience in shipping and receiving
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Outlook 365 apps
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Experience operating Forklifts, Reach Trucks and Order Pickers
- Capable of working a consistent schedule starting at 7AM
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
- Reliable transportation
