Receiving Technician

Job Summary
Receiving Technician responsible for receiving, warehousing, couriering, and delivering general, medical, and surgical supplies across healthcare settings; perform advanced supply chain duties including processing purchase orders, transporting supplies in vans/cargo trucks, and conducting cycle counts and inventories. Use MMIS and handhelds/scanners to verify shipments, manage receiving/shipments, respond to customer service requests, maintain organized workspace, and support special projects. Requires strong communication, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency with MMIS and office equipment.
Required Qualifications
- 0 to 3 years of healthcare and/or inventory/receiving experience required (Receiving Tech I)
- High school diploma or GED required (Receiving Tech II)
- Associate's degree required (Receiving Tech III)
- Valid unrestricted State of Oklahoma Driver's License required (all levels)
