Job Summary
Oversee the receiving area operations, ensure accurate, efficient freight flow to the sales floor, maintain back stock, and manage the disposition of damaged goods. Direct the work of associates assisting with freight flow, etc., and act as Manager on Duty including opening/closing duties. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 6 months of retail experience; on-site in Yukon, OK with schedule flexibility (early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays).
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 6 months experience with a mid- to large-size retailer
- Schedule flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks while working within strict timeframes and deadlines
- Must have a positive attitude and the ability to interact well with customers and associates
- Physical requirements: lift up to 50 pounds; push/pull up to 35 pounds; stand for extended periods
