Receiving Team Lead

Receiving Team Lead oversees department associates in a Bass Pro Shops store, providing daily direction on merchandising, inventory control, pricing, sales enhancements, stocking, and customer service. Responsible for helping achieve departmental goals, staffing the department, training, performance reviews input, scheduling, coaching, and maintaining pricing and UPC integrity. Executes merchandising directives, maintains plan-o-grams, drives customer satisfaction, and coordinates events and in-store pickup programs. Requires strong interpersonal skills, ability to conduct meetings/present information, familiarity with POS and inventory systems, and a demonstrated ability to lead a team toward a positive, service-oriented environment.
