Job Summary
Receiving Support Captain responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, merchandising, and Omni selling initiatives. Lead colleagues in task execution, mentor on POS and RF technology, promote Macy’s mobile app, and ensure high standards of merchandise and customer experience. Role includes store opening/closing procedures and collaboration with People Leaders to plan store activities; advancement opportunities include Personal Stylist or Sales and Customer Experience Manager. Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of direct retail experience preferred.
