Job Summary
As a Selling and Support Captain, lead customer-focused service and merchandising initiatives on the selling floor, supervise colleagues, promote the Macy’s app, and drive brand loyalty through omni-channel selling. Responsibilities include directing tasks, delivering fast customer-focused resolutions, educating colleagues on POS technology and RF equipment, managing opening/closing procedures, maintaining merchandise standards, and fostering an inclusive, high-performing store environment. Advancement opportunities include Personal Stylist or Sales and Customer Experience Manager; 1–2 years of direct retail experience is preferred and high school diploma or equivalent is required.
