Receiving Supervisor

Receive and document all goods and materials for the resort, review original purchase orders to ensure items match, and refuse or document items not on the PO, damaged, or past expiration. Coordinate with the Purchasing Manager to ensure accurate receiving, maintain inventory integrity, and uphold quality standards. Operate within a hospitality environment at LaPlaya Beach and Golf Resort; coordinate with vendors and internal teams to support timely, accurate receiving and procurement processes. Demonstrated ability to lift up to 50 lbs and prior purchasing experience are required. Skilled in documentation, verification against POs, attention to detail, teamwork, and adherence to company values (Caring, Integrity, Respect).
