Job Summary
Lead the efficient operations of the receiving team by providing direction to seasonal and year-round hourly employees. Facilitate maintenance, coordinate off-season projects, and ensure target plant objectives are met safely, timely, and cost-effectively. Develop, monitor, and report on operating measures including general business, quality, safety, operator performance, and equipment condition. Coordinate with grower-owners to provide optimal fruit receiving services and oversee monthly reporting and A/P administration. Assume all responsibilities of the Receiving Station Manager in their absence.
