Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate
Job Summary
Receiving Specialist & Sales Associate manages backroom operations by receiving products into the POS, organizing inventory, and processing weekly pallets; handles damaged/defective items returned to Fulfillment Center and reports to Inventory Control; provides knowledgeable product information to customers, supports store merchandising and price updates, and works a split schedule between receiving and selling hours with commission opportunities during selling hours; 5 core values emphasize customer experience, inventory accuracy, teamwork, and personal growth; prior retail/inventory/sales experience preferred; comfortable with POS systems (RetailPro) and basic math; willingness to work a retail schedule including evenings and weekends; motorcycle/ powersports interest is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, inventory management, or sales experience
- Ability to work retail schedule including nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with computers and POS systems (RetailPro)
- Strong product knowledge or ability to learn product knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
