Job Summary
The Receiving Specialist assists customers, handles receiving truck freight, and moves items from the truck to the sales floor. Manages pricing, merchandising, and store recovery, maintains an organized receiving area, and communicates needs to Team Leaders. Works evenings/weekends/holidays; physical ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for long periods. On-site role at the Rochester, NY location with pay starting around $16.25–$17.25 per hour, with base pay determined by location and experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
- Positive attitude and a team player who interacts well with customers and associates
- Physical requirements: lift up to 50 pounds, push/pull up to 35 pounds, frequent bending/twisting/gripping/reaching/pinching, stand for extended periods
- Pay varies by location and position; agreement to minimum wage requirements per location
