Job Summary
Assist with receiving the truck and moving freight from the truck to the sales floor. Support pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, while training new Associates. Communicate receiving needs and issues to Team Leaders when necessary. Maintain a neat and organized receiving area and complete additional responsibilities as assigned. Work morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds
- Ability to bend, twist, grip, reach, and pinch frequently
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner
- Ability to work morning, evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates
