Job Summary
Receiving Specialist responsible for managing store backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping products organized and accounted for, and helping process weekly pallets; in charge of processing damaged or defective products back to the Fulfillment Center, and reporting these items to Inventory Control; collaborate with management to maintain stock levels and proper merchandising, including signage and shelf placement. Requires experience with POS systems (RetailPro), inventory counting and control, strong math and writing skills, attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset. Role may include opportunities to assist with sales and earn commission; occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays should be expected in a retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience
- Ability to work retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash
- A self-starter mentality with a strong attention to detail
- An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
- Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
- Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (not a must, but a plus!)
