Job Summary
Manage store backroom operations by receiving products into the POS system, keeping inventory organized and accounted for, and processing weekly pallets. Handle damaged or defective items by returning them to the Fulfillment Center and reporting these to the Inventory Control Team. Collaborate with management to ensure adequate stock levels, maintain proper merchandising with correct signage and shelf placement, and update prices according to marketing promotions. Maintain store housekeeping and workstation standards while utilizing the planogram to display monthly sales. This part-time role offers a base rate of $15.00–$17.00 per hour, with opportunities for commission during sales shifts. Candidates should have retail or inventory management experience, strong computer acumen, and familiarity with POS systems like RetailPro.
Required Qualifications
- Previous retail, inventory management, customer service, or sales experience
- Ability to work retail schedule, including occasional nights/evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong computer acumen, writing, and math ability to count and manage inventory and control cash
- A self-starter mentality with a strong attention to detail
- Experience with computers and POS systems (particularly RetailPro)
Desired Qualifications
- Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest (not a must, but a plus!)
