Receiving Specialist (7:00am - 3:30pm/ M-F)

Job Summary
Track TM put-away to trailer locations and scan inventory to storage sites using the Warehouse Management System. Return dunnage to suppliers, receive and put away supplies, and turn off multiple part numbers per location. Audit inventory periodically to establish metrics and goals, then develop action plans to correct inaccuracies. Operate a forklift and drive a box truck with a clean record, lifting up to 50 lbs. Work 7:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday on-site at the BMW Woodruff Plant. Maintain accountability for falling below established goals and collaborate with other departments to prevent material escalation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- 2-year degree preferred
- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to work with diverse groups of people
- Team player
- Operate forklift
- Clean driving record
- Able to drive box truck
- Certified Forklift Operator
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
