Receiving Specialist (2nd Shift)

Unload all incoming vendor trucks, rail cars, parcel trucks, and common carriers, then meticulously verify the physical product against the provided BOL. Properly receive material into the ERP system, inspect shipments for damage, and quarantine or document any non-conforming items. Place received materials into designated bulk receiving or overstock locations, unload inbound transfer trucks, and reload prepicked outbound transfers. This alternating schedule runs 11:30 AM to 10:00 PM, with Week 1 covering Monday through Thursday and Week 2 covering Tuesday through Friday. Performance is measured by receiving accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and error tracing.
