Job Summary
Unload trucks, check in merchandise, and sort materials onto racks, shelves, or bins per organizational standards. Maintain a safe, clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet areas, and work stations neat; sweep, dust, and mop. Wear proper safety equipment at all times and perform any other duties as requested by supervisors. Requires one to two years of warehouse experience, sit-down forklift operation, and ability to lift objects up to 50 lbs regularly or over 100 lbs occasionally. Must pass background check and drug test.
Required Qualifications
- One to two years of warehouse related experience in shipping and receiving
- Experience operating sit-down Forklift
- Excellent work ethic
- Ability to work self-directed
- Ability to work as a flexible team player
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Must be able to lift and/or move objects 10-50 lbs
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 lbs
- Must be able to regularly stand
- Must be able to regularly walk
- Must be able to regularly stoop
- Must be able to regularly kneel
- Must be able to regularly crouch
- Must be able to regularly crawl
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
- Must have color vision
- Must have peripheral vision
- Must have depth perception
